Springfield Performing Arts Development Corporation has relied on its Board of Trustees, employees and volunteers to keep CityStage & Symphony Hall running smoothly since 1997. There are many ways to join our supporting cast as we bring the best in live entertainment to downtown Springfield.

Join our team of volunteers ushers or volunteer to perform other duties during performances and in the office!

Contributors are also critical to fulfilling SPADC’s mission. Ticket sales alone do not cover the costs of our numerous programs and educational offerings. Only individual support and corporate support can make these programs possible.

INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT

We operate with an extremely tight budget and only 6 full-time staff members that host over 200 events a year. These 200 events bring close to 200,000 people into the downtown Springfield business community and our presence here generates financial growth for many other businesses in the area as well. But we can’t do this without your support. Box office revenues cover only a portion of our operating budget. Fundraising allows us to bridge the gap between ticket sales and operating expenses. Without individual donor support we could not keep the curtain up! Become a Friend of the Theatre today and help keep professional theatre alive in downtown Springfield!

CORPORATE SUPPORT

SPADC is pleased to work with a variety of corporate sponsors. Corporate sponsors support a specific production or project. In exchange for a corporate sponsorship, CityStage & Symphony Hall provide a variety of benefits including advertising, hospitality, employee discounts, and tickets. Sponsorship packages can be customized based on the sponsor’s needs and level of giving.
